A Fairview couple took on a kitchen and bath reno in 2021.

This section of the kitchen was light-filled and functioned well. The clients wanted to add a banquette to update the look and add more storage to the kitchen. They decided to donate the table and chairs.
A built-in banquette was a great solution! Now there is plenty of seating and storage. Decorative cushions and a few small tables will add the finishing touches.
Thanks to contractors Mark and Mike Mischler and Betsy Caldwell,
Lowe's CAD specialist and kitchen planner for a job well done!
This kitchen was functional but outdated. The entire room was gutted and the floor, cabinets, countertops, and lighting were replaced. The appliances were in excellent condition, so the clients opted to keep them. Their contractors repaired the ceiling and added new recessed lighting and pendant lights over the new island, a tile backsplash and a wet bar. The result was a beautiful, modern, clean-lined kitchen. The old cabinets were recycled.

This 7-foot wide double vanity was in great shape and had ample storage for the family bath. It just needed an update. The clients chose to have it painted a teal color to match the horizontal glass tile they used for the backsplash. They also changed the hardware to one with a nickel finish and a modern style. New sinks and countertop completed this refresh.
